<p>Altogether, &#8220;You can never have enough pitching.&#8221;</p>
<p>Giolito&#8217;s fastball has been clocked at three digits, but he&#8217;s also recovering from an elbow strain, and therefore comes with some risk. In discussing the pick, Nationals general manager Mike Rizzo and his scouting and development team <a title="Comments by Nationals management" href="http://www.washingtontimes.com/blog/nationals-watch/2012/jun/4/mike-rizzo-kris-kline-roy-clark-talk-about-nationa/">minimized the risk, while gushing about the young pitcher&#8217;s potential upside</a>.</p>
